Knackies started out as a small commercial bakery in 1990 and later turned into a catering service on the side. While opening up a small eatery with dine-in and carry-out services, Steve worked on developing his House BBQ sauce. If you like the original BBQ sauce, The Hot-N-Spicy BBQ sauce will give you a hint of heat. You can add this to any recipe to give your taste buds a little zip.
